Brightelio DriveCraft

Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026. These terms govern all enrollment and use of Brightelio DriveCraft services.

By accessing or enrolling in any Brightelio DriveCraft program you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Enrollment requires submission of accurate personal information, valid CDL permit or license where required by state law, and payment of all fees. Students must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to operate commercial vehicles in the United States.

All course fees are due prior to the start date. We accept major credit cards and approved financing partners. Refunds are available only if requested in writing within 72 hours of initial payment and before any training begins. No refunds apply after course commencement.

You agree to use all training materials, simulators, and vehicles responsibly. Prohibited activities include sharing login credentials, recording or distributing course content without written consent, and any activity that endangers others. Violations may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

Certificates are issued only upon full attendance, successful completion of all modules, and passing the final skills and written assessments. Brightelio DriveCraft is ELDT-certified and complies with FMCSA entry-level driver training regulations.

Our training is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of employment or state licensing outcomes. Brightelio DriveCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course.

All curriculum, videos, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of Brightelio DriveCraft. You receive a limited, non-transferable license solely for personal training purposes.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in Cook County courts.
